Three Soldiers Hurt In Car Accident
Three soldiers were injured in a collision between two motor cars at the intersection of Goodwood road and Cross road, Colonel Light Gardens, last night. The car in which the three men were travelling was extensively damaged.
The injured men are:-William George Duthy. of North street, Henley Beach, the driver, dislocated fingers and abrasions to the forehead; Roy Hampton Goodwin of Daws road Military Hospital, abrasions to the forehead and lacerated band: William Hockley of Payneham road, Payneham. abrasions and cuts over an eye.
The three men we're admited to the Daws road Military Hospital.
The driver of the other car was Albert Edward Worrell, of Montrose avenue, Netherby. He and two passengers in the car were un injured.

Bound for Broken Hill
On Monday afternoon, William Duthy, three years of age, living at Gibson street, Bowden, was found by a railway official in a Port Adelaide and Semaphore train on its arrival at North Terrace Station a child was brought to the watch house by Special Constable Fry at about 5.15 p.m. Upon the police making enquiries it was ascertained that little Duthy, who lives a quarter of a mile from the Bowden Railway Station, had wandered from home at about 3.30 followed by a dog which subsequently returned. At Bowden the child had entered the carriage of a train, and was conveyed to the Semaphore and I to Adelaide. When his mother took charge of him at the police station, he informed her-that he wanted to go to Broken Hill to see his father, who last-wed: left for that city on business.
