William C Eubank was born around 1800 in North Carolina (a). He became known as "Billy".

Around 1831, he married Jane L. McCraken. They became the parents of Eliza Jane (Eubank) Hamilton (1830-1918); Tarence C. Eubank (1832-1880); Martha 'Madeline' (Eubank) Click Corn (1835-1916); Nancy Arthusa Eubank (c.1837-?); Wincy (Eubank) Cummins (c.1839-?); Nathaniel "Nat" N. Eubank (1840-1913); James L Eubank and Margaret A (Eubank) Daughtrey (?-?).

In 1841, Billy moved his family from Tennessee to Lamar County, Texas.

In 1869, William "Billy" C. Eubank died in Lamar County, Texas.

1st Comment from 4th great granddaughter, Linda Bailey, about W.C. Eubank: "On his land (90 acres) in Lamar County (Texas). Billy, as he was called, carved his initials 'W.C.' on a double bois d'arc tree as a marker."

2nd Comment from Linda Bailey about 2 children of W.C. Eubank, T.C. Eubank and Martha Eubank: "T.C. Eubank, as he signed his name, handle the paper work on his sister (Martha Madeline Eubank) as he called her "Madeliny". I have seen it spelled 'Madeline' but not with a y. Her husband, Henry Miller Click, bought 90 acres of the W.C. Eubank estate and he paid each child their part."
