William Hagar, III

Biography

William Hagar, son of William Hagar and Mary Bemis, was born 8 May 1731 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and died there on 8 May 1731.[1]

William Hagar and Sarah Benjamin were married 30 March 1687 in Massachusetts.[2] Sarah Benjamin, daughter of John Benjamin and Lydia Allen, was born 30 March 1663 at Watertown, and died there on 22 Oct 1745

They had nine known children born at Watertown:

1. William[3], b. 1688, married Mary Flagg.
2. Sarah, b. 24 May 1691, married John Flagg, Jr.
3. John, b. 29 April 1697[4], married Sarah.
4. Ebenezer, b. 13 Aug 1698, married Lydia Barnard
5. Joseph, b. 1 Jan 1701/2 [5], married Grace Bigelow
6. Mehitabel, b. 7 May 1704[6], married Joseph Travers
7. Mary
8. Mercy, b. 1707
9. Hannah [7]
