William left a Will proved Orange Co., N.C., 1774 in which he named wife, Catherine, son, William, grandson David Rea, sons-in-law Michael Robbinson (sic), John Mordah, James Mordah, Patrick Rutherford. Exs: Joseph Allison, William Rea. Witnesses: Robert Wilson, James Rea, Jr., Samuel Sample.

The family came to Orange Co., N.C. from Lancaster Co., Pa. The Robinsons were from Marlboro Twp, Chester Co., PA, next to Lancaster.
