Subject: Sea Capt William Willard, Jr & Mary Margaret "Polly" Larkins

...The 1830 Mi Census & others show that Billey was born circa 1781, so the 1767 Billey is his deceased older brother of the same name, whom is recorded as dieing as an infant in 1768 in Westbrook, CT. Of course, we all know the Willards ended up in Monroe, MI & that after a few more deaths at sea, the surviving Willard boys got out of the sailing trade to pursue the much safer farming profession, as well as other trades...
