The Feet of Fines relating to the county of Dorset, --:” edited by Edward A. Fry and George S. Fry, published 1896.

The Dorset fine dated 1289-1290 [pages 249/50] defines that the Abbot of Bynedon held lands in the manor of Westlullesworth of Simon Montague at the same terms as the fine dated 1257-1258. Therefore confirms that Berca was the mother of Simon Montague.
