"Wyble M. Shilkett, 88, Greenwood, formerly of Indianapolis and Bloomfield, died Thursday, April 18, at her residence.
Born March 28, 1914, in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Dolphus and Nelle (Edington) Lewis.
She was employed by L. S. Ayres & Co. as a sles associate retiring in 1972. She had previously worked for the Indianapoplis Star as a classified secretary until 1944. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bloomfield.
Survivors include one daughter and son-inl-aw, Connie M. and Gary Boicourt of Franklin; one granddaughter; two great grandaughters and one neice.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Virginia DeCorcy.
There will be no funeral service or visitation.
Arrangemenets are being handled by Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, Greenwood.
The family suggests memorial contributions mybe made to the Lupus Foundation."
