In 1874/5 Revision List, he is listed as "Faitel" in the patronymic, as the father of Efroim, who is the head of household. Efroim's sister Eidlia, age 17, daughter of "Faitel" is listed. She would have been born either after the death of Zorach Fayvish's first wife, Eidlia, or if her mother died in childbirth, they might have named the baby after the mother. His first wife, Eidlia, died in 1855 and the daughter, Eidlia, is listed as 17 years old in 1874/5.

Evidence for merging the two Efroim Frenkel famiies:

1. Ratnycia was a small village at the time, with a handful of the same families showing up in the 1834, 1858, and 1874/5 Revision Lists. FRENKEL was a prolific family who lived in Ratnycia for nearly two centuries. There was no FRIKEL family.
2. The given names Faitel, Efroim, Dine, and Eidlia are names that reoccur in the Zorach Fayvish branch of the Frenkel family
3. Efroim FRIKEL / FRENKEL and Ephraim have the same birth year 1841
4. Fathers of both have variants of the same name -- Faitel and father Zorakh Faivish (Faytel and Faivel from same Latin root, although Beider lists them as separate names)
5. Efroim FRIKEL / FRENKEL has a sister Eidlia born in 1857 just after the death of the first wife of Zorakh Faivish (Eidlia) who died in 1855
6. Efroim FRIKEL / FRENKEL has a sister Dine Ester Lipshits born 1846 and Ephraim son of Zorach Fayvish has a daughter Dinka born 1846
7. Not only is FRIKEL clearly FRENKEL in this Revision List but FRIKEL is rare as a surname in the records in Lithuania
