Information provided by Joseph H. Sanchez, 7th great grandson
Note: I copied the Estate letter below as it was originally written, maybe the English translation was not very good. It is a little confusing but has a lot of good information as to our ancestors location in New Mexico, as well as the same family squabbles we still have with us today.
The Estate of Jacinto Sanchez de Inigo-1735
Joseph Sanches a citizen of this villa of San Felipe de Albuquerque, appeared before me. That his father Jacinto Sanchez, had given him a house with a lot within a piece of land he had in said villa, because he had not settled it. And at the time residing in La Canada. As he did not have the means to build a house and being my father, I gave it to him, so he could live there and own it during his life. Now after his death my younger brothers want to have right to said house and lot (it being mine and built at my own expense and labor as mentioned earlier). I ask that you summon my brothers so that they can declare the right that I have in said house and lot, so that in the future thy may not argue or claim. As I have stated as son and heir, I have a share of other land as well as other property which my father had, and with more force because I had a large load to carry as I can give information when the time comes and ask your highness that a bond be furnished by the one that may hold the property as my younger brothers say that they have been left without means and have been deprived of their share of what was justly theirs. My father did not leave very much of account of the heavy debts that he had. I ask and request your Highness to compel them without litigation to pay the debts and all of their expenses incurred and thy may keep said land or else withdraw their right that belonging to each one of them and for them not to express themselves to the contrary. All of which I humbly ask and request.
Signed Joseph Sanchez, rubric
In the Estate it is noted that "This 22nd of December 1724, God took my father Jacinto Sanchez" and goes on to state the funeral expenses.

From the book "Between the Rivers' The Atrisco Land Grant in Albuquerque History 1692-1968 written by Joseph P. Sanchez, describes a purchase of land by his son in 1757 in the Atrisco Land Grant as follows:
The problem begins when Jose Duran y Chavez from El Paso del Norte appears before the alacade mayor of the Ville de Albuquerque and stated that he had sold land inherited form his father, Bernando Duran y Chavez, son of Fernando Duran y Chavez. The buyer was Jacinto Sanchez de Inigo, husband of Efigenia Duran y Chavez, granddaughter of Fernando Duran y Chavez. As there were no claims against the property, the alacade major, Antionio Baca verified and certified the sale at 550 pesos. for nearly 12 years the land underwent divisions and transactions as it previously had - all within the family. This is how are family settled on the Atrisco Land Grant.

He was born in El Paso de Guadalupe in exile as noted in a census in 1693, but did not die there. His family moved to Santa Fe after the revolt and he lived in Santa Cruz de la Canada, along with his brother Pedro, before his father died. He is later noted to be living in the Villa de Albuquerque and said to be buried at San Felipe Neri Church in Old Town Albuquerque. None of the three Sanchez de Inigo siblings returned to live at El Paso de Guadalupe.
