The cemetery is located on 400 Elm Street in the town of Birdseye, Dubois County, Indiana. At the junction of Indiana 64 and Indiana 145, go south on Indiana 145 to 3rd Street, turn left (East) and go two blocks to Elm Street. The cemetery is on the left.
