The cemetery is located near the intersection of Highways 163 and 157 in St. Clair County outside Centreville in East St. Louis City.
Unfortunately, as of May 2011, the cemetery is overgrown with weeds, and St. Clair County officials were unable to determine who owns the cemetery.
It is believed to be a black cemetery that was dedicated in 1903.
