The cemetery is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Marion Center Road and Stover Road. The cemetery is owned by the City of Charlevoix and managed by the Public Works Department of the City of Charlevoix. In some death certificates, the cemetery is referred to as the Charlevoix Cemetery.
