The old stone Chapel of the Chimes goes back to the reconstruction era. Graves were moved here from Allen Parkway Village (which would be the original Old City Cemetery No. 3) in 1943. Also moved here were the graves from Episcopal-Masonic Cemetery. These graves are located adjacent to the Chapel with original tombstones in place. The cemetery has no upright markers except in the old Berry section where the oldest grave is dated 1848. Cemetery includes a Crematory, Urn Garden and Mausoleum. Brookside Funeral Home is on property.
