Cattaraugus Cemetery is a small cemetery in Waupun, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Many of the earlier graves belong to those residents who were born or resided, at one time, in Cattaraugus County, New York. Several of their descendants are also interred in Cattaraugus Cemetery.
The earliest plots are from the mid 1840s. The cemetery is still an active cemetery.
