Consecrated in 1893, Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery was established to serve the growing Polish community in the southeast Chicagoland area. Located in Calumet City, Illinois, the Cemetery spans 141 acres and has over 99,000 interments (as of 12/31/22).
In 1983, the Garden Mausoleum crypt complex was opened, which features outdoor above-ground burial spaces for full-body and cremated remains.
