Please go to Consistency Checker under Research dropdown menu and try to resolve issues if any.
Many of the inconsistencies I’ve found were about missing birth surname for ladies after marriage or entering birth surname same as last name.
Another inconsistency is interchanged lastname/birth surname and firstname because of this Geni was showing inconsistencies for last name/surname between parents and children.
Other inconsistencies I’ve found are entering Rao in the first name with spaces or entering multiple names in the first name field. This also results in Geni showing them as duplicate profiles.
