This cemetery is located in Cotesfield, Howard County, Nebraska.
The first meeting to organize this cemetery was on August 30, 1884. J.M. Parker and M.W. Corvin were assigned Lots 38 and 40 because they each donated on-half acre of land. The cemetery was recorded on December 30, 1886, but burials had taken place as early as August, 1881 when Rev. Kilpatrick was buried there.
