Y-DNA haplogroups have been identified for John Alden, William Bradford, William Brewster, Francis Cooke, Edward Doty, Francis Eaton, Edward Fuller, Samuel Fuller, Stephen Hopkins, John Howland, Thomas Rogers, George Soule, Myles Standish, William White, and Edward Winslow. The Fuller brothers, John Howland, Henry Samson, and Edward Winslow, had near agnate kinsmen living in New England that also left descendants. mtDNA haplogroups have been identified for Priscilla (Mullins) Alden, Elizabeth (Tilley) Howland, Hester (Mahieu) Cooke, and Mary (Kent alias Back) Hopkins
