DNA Proof Page - Y-DNA

The objective of the project DNA Proof Page - Y-DNA is to create a template / work flow document that is a proof argument for (or against) Y-DNA evidence of a relationship. It should meet “best practices” but be easy for members to use. All assistance much appreciated.
