I have been doing quite a lot of research and photography since i lost my late father. He told me stories about his family and they all seemed to be a part of my life even though I never knew most of them. I am still researching information and trying to track down any photographs or artefacts that may have been a part of my family heritage.
I joined an evening course at Plymouth Art College to take up photography which is quite a new interest to me and this is my second project to date and still in the process. Hoping that it will prove to be a big turning point for me as I would love this to become more than a hobby.
I dedicate this work to the unborn child who is due to come into the world shortly making me a proud grandmother for the first time.
