Dundee Township Cemetery - East

Located in East Dundee at the corner of Route 72/Higgins Rd and Route 25/Dundee Ave.

Open daily from Sunrise to Sunset.

Started in 1890. Cemetery is 51 acres, over 9,000 burials and headstones.

Cemetery office: (847) 836-5069, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Dundee Township Cemetery - West

Located in Dundee Township, N 8th St/S Western Ave, between Kane & Hillside Streets, across from Spring Hill Mall.

Two access points from 8th/Western, another access from Hillside Ave (take Hillside Street east, it turns into Hillside Avenue)

Open daily from Sunrise to Sunset.

Started in 1860 as a private cemetery. Came under Township control in 1955. There are over 8,000 burials in this cemetery. No lots available for sale (meaning no longer active for burials) Existing burial and lot owner information is available at the Dundee Township and Gail Borden Libraries as well as the Dundee Township office (847-428-8092)
