Evergreen Cemetery resides in Eden, Erie County, New York. Evergreen incorporated in 1909 and graves from another cemetery, established in 1845, were reinterred at Eden Evergreen Cemetery. The cemetery is still active.

"The Eden Cemetery Association was formed in 1845 at which time a small parcel of land on the north side of East Church Street was purchased. An earlier cemetery was located in the back of the Town Hall, near Ryther Creek. In 1909 the graves were moved to the present site now in use. Between 1845 and 1909, each landowner was responsible for care of his or her own lot. The Eden Cemetery Assoc. was incorporated on April 20, 1909 and is known as The Eden Evergreen Cemetery. "
