Fairview Cemetery, located in Mooresville, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, was started in the late 1880's when Salem Union Church Cemetery, which is located about a tenth of a mile down the road, began to fill up. Both cemeteries were commonly referred to as the Moorestown Cemetery as Fairview Cemetery was for a long time considered an extension of the Church Cemetery. The confusion this created continues to this day.
