Lake View is a large cemetery in Jamestown, Chautauqua, New York. Known for its beautiful and mysterious statuary, Lake View Cemetery is a short trip from Chautauqua Lake.
Lake View is overseen by the Lake View Cemetery Association. The cemetery was incorporated in 1858 and burials started in 1859. The cemetery is still well maintained and active at present.

The records of burials from 1859-1921 were microfilmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah in 1984 and are available through LDS Family History Centers. Films also available at Reed Library- SUNY College at Fredonia and at the Prendergast Library in Jamestown.
