There are two parts to this cemetery. There is the "Old" cemetery with the early 1800's stones. This cemetery is located across the street from the church. Most of the stones in the old cemetery have fallen over, are broken, or illegible. A list of individuals who are buried in the old section can be found by googling "Otsego County Cemeteries, and then looking for Middlefield Cemetery".
The newer stones are to the right of the cemetery as you are looking at it. For the most part the stones in this part of the cemetery are in decent condition, with only a few that have fallen being the closest to the church.
