This cemetery was established about 1811 in Washington, Berkshire County, Massachusetts. This is a town-owned cemetery. It is located with the October Mountain State Forest but does not appear on their public maps. There is a parking lot by the October Mountain Reservoir. The cemetery is across the street and there is a 300 foot long path to the cemetery. The cemetery is on the right side of the path, past an old house foundation.
