This project is for those buried in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Coe, Isabella County, Michigan.
Many graves are unmarked. Many stones are practically illegible. There Is a pile of broken I markers in the southwest corner of the burial ground, almost covered by the foliage of vines and weeds. This cemetery was once part of a farm owned by Joseph and Rhoda Higgins. It is located 2 miles east and 3 1/2 miles south and about an eighth of a mile east again, from Shepherd, Michigan. It is on the south side of the road, surmounting a low hill.
The cemetery is also known as Coe Cemetery and East Coe Cemetery.
