On December 7th,1938 a group of Lithuanians sailed from Gothenburg to the US arriving at Ellis Island on December 16, 1938. One of them was Jonas Janulis born in Lithuania in 1902 who later became a naturalized US citizen. His son Raymond, age 8, was also on the sailing with him. Jonas had the group sign a Kungsholm postcard which he kept as a memento for the rest of his life. These profiles are the Kungsholm Postcard People of 1938.
