This project is for those who are buried in Rosedale Cemetery, located on 408 Orange Road, Montclair, Essex County, New Jersey.

Rosedale Cemetery is a private cemetery and crematory located in Orange, Montclair and West Orange. Although open to the public, the cemetery has strict regulations on photography of any kind and the publishing of same. A release is required from the cemetery office for all photography. If you are photographing a lot other than your own family, permission must be granted from the family to the Cemetery office in order to allow photos to be taken and published.

Rosedale now offers genealogical research and does fulfill photo requests when able. For genealogy information please feel free to email RFGV@rosedalecemetery.org with the subject “Genealogy”. It is important to remember that although Rosedale Cemetery is historic, it is still an active with new and current services. Therefore, there may be a wait time for responses to requests.
