A project to collect all interesting information about Siófok.

Siófok is a city in Hungary on the southern bank of Lake Balaton in Somogy County. The city is one of Hungary's most popular holiday destinations, famous for its beaches and nightlife. Siófok is one of the richest municipalities of Hungary due to tourism. Hungarians often call the town "the capital of Balaton", as it is the largest city on its shores and acts as the commercial and tourism hub of the region.

The Project is partly based on the book " Zsidók Siófokon - Hungarian Jews in Siofok Town - Siófoki Zsidó Temető‎ " One main contributor of these is Gabor Dombi.. The language of the project is a mixture of English and Hungarian. The following is a citation of the preface ofthebook written by Tamás Raj, Chief Rabbi.
