Squier Cemetery is located in Hardin Precinct, Section 22, five miles south of Hardin. It is one-half mile west of the Hardin-Brussels county road.

Squier is one of the oldest cemeteries in Calhoun County, Illinois. The first known burial there took place in 1835. However, only a half a dozen burials have occurred at Squier since 1911, including the most recent which took place in 1937.

Squier Cemetery is on private property, in a heavily wooded area, although the property owner is cooperative.
