About the Randol surname

First use of the Randol spelling in my family a cured in 1780's on official documents. Randol was mistaken in baptism records for Randal in the 1750's. Some would suggest it originated in Scotland. My Y-DNA would not rule this out. I ask that all male Randol men have their Y-dna tested. http://www.worldfamilies.net/surnames/Randall/
