Salamon Genealogy and Salamon Family History Information

I am looking for information about my great grandfather, Sámuel SALAMON, born in Gyulafehérvár (now Alba Iulia, Alba county, Romania) in former Austro-Hungary around 1874. He was carter by profession but did also other work (house builder, etc.). He married Ida GUTTMANN, born around 1877-1878 in Nyavalyásfalva (now Lunca), a very small village located in the northern vicinity of Déva (Deva, Hunedoara county, Romania). They lived in Déva quite some time where they had 4 children, Rózsa (1905), Borbála (1907), Imre (1909) and Jolán (1911 - my grandmother). In the 1920-30s, he left the family and allegedly returned to his place of origin where he died around 1940.
