Ann OVERY was born c1750 - the daughter of Charles OVERY and Ellizabeth COLEMAN
She was baptised 20/3/1750 at Portsea.
She married John SMITH on 15/11/1783 at Portsea and they had 1 daughter Ann in 1785.
Ann was convicted of theft and sentenced to transportation to Australia. Ann arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Charlotte" - her daughter Ann came with her.
She had a relationship with Patrick BURN in 1789 that resulted in a son Thomas on 22/11/1789.
Ann (with her 2 children) were sent to Norfolk Island in 1780 on "Sirius" (Patrick remained in Sydney). Whilst on Norfolk Island, she had a relationship with William SMITH.
Ann returned to Sydney in 173 and William in 1797 and they continued their relationship.
Ann died 26/9/7837 and was buried on 27/9/1837 at Parramatta.
