Elijah Woolworth was of Westfield, Mass., and deeded 19 acres of land near the mansion house of the late John Ingersol, esq. Lydia Phelps, his second wife, gave quit claim deed the same, April 7, 1794, John Phelps and Royal Phelps, witnesses thereof; again, Feb. 10, 1797, a deed of land from Elijah I Woolworth to Frances Flower, containing 20 acres, partly bounded by land of Warham Parks, esq., of Westfield.--("The Descendants of Richard and Hannah Huggins Woolworth" , compiled by Charlotte R.
