Ella Kroch

Ella Kroch nee Baruch was born in Karlsruhe in 16/07/1896 to Israel and Babette. She was married. Prior to WWII she lived in Leipzig, Germany. Ella perished in 1942 in Ravensbrueck, Camp.

Ella Kroch, born Baruch, on 16 July 1896 born in Karlsruhe. She was the wife of Hans Kroch, the personally liable shareholder of the Kroch bank. In 1938, do to the threat of deportation of Polish Jews , Ella Kroch headed to the Polish Consulate, while her husbend and children managed to escaped to the Netherlands. She stayed in Leipzig, and tried to escape and join her family. But she was arrested, and on 10.05.1940 she was deported to Ravensbrück. Two years later, on 12.05.1942 she was murdered in the concentration camps.
