CORONER'S INQUEST.-Yesterday an inquest was held before the coroner upon view of the body of Mr. Hugh Frederick O'Donnell, then lying dead at his house in Market-street... (Snip) On Thursday morning (yesterday) he was in a very bad state, and witness shortly before day-break sent for Dr. M'Farlane, who attended immediately and prescribed for him. Deceased was unable to speak, and died shortly after 7 o'clock... (Snip)

The Jury found that death was the effect of morphia taken by the deceased for severe pain, he not knowing its poisonous effects.

The deceased has left a widow and seven children. He was a man universally esteemd and respected by all in this city, and his untimely fate is deeply regretted.

DEATH - On Thursday, the 4th November, at his residence, corner of Kent and Market streets, Hugh Frederick O'Donnell, aged 45 years, deeply lamented by a large circle of friends, leaving a wife and seven (7) children to deplore their loss.

FUNERAL.—The friends of the late Mr. Hugh Frederick O'Donnell, are requested to attend his Funeral, to move from his late residence Market and Kent streets To-Morrow (Saturday) morning, at half-past 8 o'clock.

THE Officers and Members of the Masonic Lodges under the Grand Lodge of England, 548, 811, and 843, are requested to attend, in conjunction with 266 and 267, the Funeral of Bro. H. F. O'DONNELL, on Saturday next, at half-past 8 o'clock a.m. Brethren to clothe masonically at the place of interment, Old Burial Ground. 3217 JOHN WILLIAMS, D.P.G.M.

Timothy Thomas O'Donnell, of the said City of Sydney, tailor, intend at the expiration of fourteen days from the publication of this notice, to apply to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that probate of the last will and testament of the said Hugh Fred erick O'Donnell, deceased, may be granted to them as the executrix and executors therein named.—Dated this 20th day of November, a.d., 1852.
