Phoebe Fine, b. d. prior to 8-Jan-1859, when the inventory of the estate of Joseph Cunningham was recorded in Monroe County, TN, Book A, P. 321-322, as she is not named in the inventory as an heir; md about 1808-1809, Joseph Cunningham, son of Christopher Cunningham and Mary Musgrove of Washington Co, Tn, b. abt 1768 as the 1850 Monroe County, TN, census states his age as 82 years, died 1858-1859 in Monroe County, TN.

Carter County, TN, Book C, p.497-498 -

Deed in which Joseph Cunningham calls himself the son of Christopher Cunningham "his father" 13-May-1815. Census record of 1850 Monroe County, TN...p.31 644 Joseph Cunningham - 82 years farmer, $4000 b. PA; Husten Cunningham - 32 years b. TN; Narcissus Hayson - 20 years b. TN; Joseph Cunningham also appears in the 1830 and 1840 Monroe County TN Census.

The family of Mrs. Thomas F. Cunningham, 1801 Giddings, Wichita Falls, TX has a chair tidy made by Phoebe Fine Cunningham on which appears the letters "PFC" 1832; Phoebe's wedding ring also is in the possession of Mrs. Cunningham, has been used by many of the female descendants of Phoebe to be married with.

Unfortunately there is no inscription in the wedding band which is worn thin and is quite fragile.

Virginia. Their issue as named in the will of Jesse in Monroe County and as appeared in 1850 census: Caroline Cunningham md. W. E. Gravens; James R.R. Cunningham b. 1829; Samuel W. Dickson Cunningham b. 1832; Charlotte Cunningham, md. M.E. Marshall; Margaret Cunningham b. 1833 twins; Nancy Cunningham b. 1833 twins; Sarah Cunningham; Harriett Cunningham, b. 1834; W.G.E. Cunningham.

2)Edith (Eda) Cunningham md. Orr. In 1840 Joseph Cunningham made a gift deed to his daughter, Edith Cunningham Orr, of one sorrell mare (bk Nk, p347 Monroe

County). On 26-Jan- 1883 in Fannin County, TX, Ada Orr' acknowledged receipt of $11.56 received from D. E. Harris, Clerk of Monroe County, TN, due her as

one of the heirs of Joseph Cunningham, Dec'd out of his personal estate (Bk. B. 1881-1884 - p 294).

3) Robert Cunningham b 1801 in TN (appears in the 1830, 1840, and 1850 Monroe Co Census, where his age is 49 years, b. TN); named administrator and guardian in the administration of Joseph Cunningham's estate, md Ruth b. 1800 in TN. Names of children as shown in 1850 Census and in his will: Nathan H. Cunningham b. 1823, TN; Ann Cunningham, B. 1832 md Hunt; Phoebe Cunningham b. 1834; Nancy Jane Cunningham b. 1836 md. Daughterty; Hasten Cunningham b. 1839.

4) John O. Cunningham b. 7-Jan-1804, TN (appears in 1830 and 1840 Monroe Co Census) d. 9- May-1859, buried in cemetery near Christianburg, Co, TN.

5) David C. Cunningham, b. 1805, TN (in 1840 and 1850 Census of Monroe Co) md. Adaline...b. 1811 (age 39 years).

6) Matthew Cunningham b. 1807, whom I first found in the 1860 Fannin Co, TX Census living at Ladonia. In the Monroe Co, Book B, P 274 1881-1884 "the Clerk

was ordered to pay Matthew Cunningham of Ladonia, TX the sum of $11.56 and to Eda Orr, of the same place $11.56, being heirs' of Joseph Cunningham dec'd.

7) Hasten Cunningham, b. 1818, named in administration of Joseph's estate and appears in the home in the 1850 Monroe County Census, md 16-Mar-1859 Elizabeth
