About Mary Parker
Not the wife of William Parker, of Tiverton
Mary Stokes was the daughter of Robert Stokes and Jane Bracewell, born before 1678, of Isle of Wight County, Virginia.
She married William Parker of Nansemond, who died before 26 June 1711.
The widow Mary Parker died in Edgecombe County, North Carolina, will probated August Court, 1754. Her grandson and sole legatee was Edmund Godwin.

Jane Bracewell was married three times. She first married Robert Stokes in 1667.

Robert was killed by the British for his involvement in Bacon's Rebellion in 1677. Jane married Robert Eley, II in 1678. Jane married John Roberts in 1680.
