About Sarah Shaw
Perhaps the same as Sarah Blanchard but evidence is needed.
Disputed origins
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Unknown-483310
Sarah was born about 1686 (assuming she was the average age of 20 at the estimated date of her marriage). Her parents and family name are not known. (She can be seen to be some family trees as Sarah Blanchard, the sister of Mary Blanchard, the second wife of her husband Joseph. Records supporting this have not been found, but it's a possibility.)
Biography
Sarah married Joseph Shaw by early 1706 (first child born in December 1706). The births of five children are recorded at Weymouth. Sarah died sometime before November 1716 when Joseph published intentions to marry Mary Blanchard.
Children of Joseph and Sarah Shaw, born in Weymouth:
- Sarah Shaw b 6 Dec 1706[1]
- Hannah Shaw b 8 Oct 1708[2]
- Joseph Shaw b 11 Mar 1711[3]
