Come See Geni at SCGS Jamboree 2016

We’re excited for the 47th Annual Southern California Genealogy Jamboree taking place on June 3-5, 2016 at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel. Jamboree has always been one of the most fun genealogy events of the year.

A short drive from the Geni office, Jamboree is a great opportunity to reunite with old friends and meet new faces. This year’s theme is “Giving to the Future by Preserving the Past.”

Presentations will be held on a wide range of topics that will be sure to pique the interest of genealogists and family historians of any expertise. You never know what new skill you will pick up!

Those interested in genetic genealogy may also want to check out DNA Day on Thursday, June 2, which is dedicated to all things DNA-related for genealogical research.

Geni will be on hand as an exhibitor to talk with attendees about the power of collaborative genealogy in a single family tree. We’re also eager to meet Geni users and hear about their genealogy experiences!
