Tree Display Bug: Adobe Releases a Fix

Posted August 25, 2011 by Geni | 15 Comments

We posted earlier this week that the tree display bug had been identified as a problem with Adobe Flash. As of today, Adobe officially released the latest minor update to Flash Player to version 10.3.183.7. Reportedly, updating to this latest release will fix the bug that caused text to display vertically instead of horizontally.

Unfortunately, there is still a small bug in this release that relates to the names wrapping improperly. We’re still talking to Adobe to get this ironed out, but this is a step in the right direction. Thanks for all your patience as Adobe has been working on this fix.

Note: Google’s Chrome Browser is bundled with its own version of flash. If you don’t want to wait for Chrome to update its version of flash for you, you can disable the Chrome version in about:plugins.
