HELLO DUTCH SPEAKERS... could you please translate?

The procedure is that a birth must be formally declared at the municipality's office. The declaration can be made by anyone; in most cases the father of the newborn does it.
Furthermore two witnesses need to be present at the declaration; the person making the declaration can choose them freely. The birth certificate names the child and its parents, and it is signed by everyone present at the declaration.
In this particular case the mother (Aaltje de Vries) is not married, and hence no father is mentioned on the birth certificate.
Grandparents of the newborn are never mentioned on a birth certificate.

Could someone please interpret this birth certificate for me? I am specifically looking for any names that are available. Also, can someone tell me if entry 46 has anything to do with Jan De Vries? They both have the name Jan as a child.

these are two independent birth certificates, unrelated to each other

the other one is for Jan Blaauw, born 28 July 1872 as son of Geert Blaauw and Trijntje Heidenaar (see https://www.wiewaswie.nl/en/detail/18903027)

in the case of Jan de Vries, the birth was reported by Emanuel Reitsema (38 years old). it is written that he was present at the the birth so he could be the unknown father but that is just speculation from my side
Witnesses (when the birth was registered on 31 July) were Christiaan Swalue (53 years old, a medical doctor) and Marten van Dijken (44 years old, a pub landlord)

@Ard van Bergen, thank you, I didn't think the 2nd entry had anything to do with my great grandfather, but, I was curious because they both had Jan in the entries. I have been unable to locate any family trees that include any of my family so I'm grasping at straws.

Try looking for other baptisms where Emanuel Reitsema is the witness.
I have an ancestor who never married but all 6 children were registered by the same man... not proof but very suggestive.
