Project Help: How to add Text to a Project - Starter Kit

I have a few people to add to the project but can't figure out how to do it. I believe they all emigrated to South Africa sometime in 1814. Daniel Page was a captain in the 60th Regiment of Foot (Royal American) based in Jamaica:
