..and for reporting #4 about an easy solvable "false conflict" on Vladimir, prince of Kiev
this time I also tagged a little sketch on him:

From what I can tell, the Anne Despenser as a wife has been disproven., so she should be unlocked as a wife to this guy. Also, the daughters Maud (1268-1298) who married Thomas Berkeley and Anne (1268-1337) who married John de Grey should also go with Anne Despenser.
Sir William de Ferrers of Groby
The About comments seem to be only 1st Anne Durward and 2nd Eleanor Lovaine.
I think maybe they came from this source (see lower left of page 13), but Sir William de Ferrers as a son is obviously wrong.

It seems wikitree also had that problem with Anne de Ferrers b. 1268 as daughter of Anne Despenser being linked to John de Grey.

I’m spinning off to a Despenser discussion as I have other questions also. We’ve cluttered this thread long enough with the fun. See https://www.geni.com/discussions/248313?msg=1556529
Fixed the computer generated conflict on Vladimir, prince of Kiev It comes from incomplete merges. “Not a bug, a feature.” Save the image though, it’s descriptive.
USER Private User you're doing it the wrong way /!\

you are leaving initialized, unfinished merge trails everywhere, even now today /!\
Sharon Doubell - As a Basic user, I can't see them or do anything about them. Since I do not want to inflict more mess into the Geni tree, I post those Medieval tree matches that show up in my merge center here for someone who can deal with them. My intent is to prevent erroneous merges and the nightmare of reversing them.
Erica Howton - You are correct that I use Google to ensure that I'm making the correct connections. Colonial clerks were not always helpful in their postings. I'm blessed, or cursed, to have several historical figures in my maternal lineage.
PLZ Bernard Joseph Albanese ask here about use your PRO account for importing automatically medieval data..

As I told you before, if you have issues with a profile(s) I've added or modified, start a discussion in that profile and I will respectfully look at what you have to say and make the appropriate modifications if there is evidence that the person didn't exist, or that the data or relationships are incorrect. I recognize that your genealogical knowledge is more extensive than mine.
Having said that, this is not the proper forum for you to complain about me, or any other user. I know you like to publically bully other users, I follow this discusssion, so I've seen you do it over and over again. But you already know that I will not be cowered by this technique. So stop hoping, and knock it off. I will not ask permission to work in any portion of the Geni tree. It violates the collabotaive spirit of Geni.com, and interferes with my ability to add information and deatils to my direct ancestors, many of whom I added to Geni, and am the sole manager,
Your vandalization (by adding frivolus profile photos) of profiles that you did not add, nor manager, truly does violate Geni rules and I will do whateverI can to get Geni to end that practice.

as to the Robert Bruces -- they were indeed the same person; there had been a generation mixup because of the same names showing up in subsequent generations.
Couild a curator please look at this merge:
https://www.geni.com/search/matches?id=6000000009238197363&src=...
One side is an MP profile.
There appears to be 3 generations of duplicate decendents until you get to a common decendent.
Thanks,
Bernard
Curators;
I just decovered a private tree using the cyrillic alphabet. Almost all the nodes have been flagged by Geni as potential merges. This is one of the top nodes:Grand Duke of Novgorod Rurik
Since it is a private tree, I'm not sure anyting can be done, but if one of those nodes gets merged, a mess willl be created.
