Mikki Betker - You may want to get familiar with the Revision Tab. It shows who made what changes when.
It looks to me like your change to his name has been reversed.
However, it looks like the birth and death dates and locations that you entered remain - and that those were blank before your data entry.
Does anybody know anything about this Rush line?
Think he is the same person as this... John Rush, the pioneer Youngstown ancestor, was born in 1757

Don't know where to navigate to once you go on that site...
can this merge be undone, please: https://www.geni.com/merge/view?revision_id=79445847310 (I was too quick)
Mikki Betker (and Private User) i restored the only data that I could find in the revisions list, if it was not the correct data I cannot help you further.
Alex - the profile Thomas Wood
was created in 2009 by Tim Wilkinson who did not put any data in the birth and death fields, and was the only one to update that profile before Mikki did by accident.
I base that on the fact
"History" shows when Tim created the profile, he entered info for "first name, gender, id, last name, living status, birth surname and privacy"
And only lists those fields.
Next action on the profile was by Mikki today at 7:50 (my time, any way, in History - 9 hours ago as Revision Tab lists it) when, history shows, she entered "birth, death, last name, and birth surname" You fixed birth surname.
Using Compare in History or looking on Revision Tab, one sees Mikki added the birth location, birthdate, death location and death date.
So - if the birth and death data was entered by Mikki by mistake, thinking she was working on a different profile - and there was no data for those fields before - should it be left or should it be deleted?
Curators;
I have a few pending merges that I have requested that I am trying to clean up.
There involve public profiles in private trees with managers who have ignored my messages and/or appear to be inactive.
I only need one profile from each tree to be merged, then I should be able to complete the remaining merges myself, without curator assistance.
Please complete these merges:
https://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000117680969909?return=merge...
https://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000021147136351?return=merge...

I will clean up any resulting data or tree conflicts.
Thanks in advance,
Bernard
Kia ora, I'm not sure what I've done! I've newly invited someone who has invited her father, but I can't figure out how to merge their profiles? Can a curator please help :)

I've set up the merge, Geni will send trevor an email with a link to the merge review page, if he wants to proceed he just needs to push the Yes button, if he doesn't do that no one else can complete that merge.
Once he is merged there will need to be merges on his parents wife and siblings
Can you help please with identifying a tree match for Riva Gauberg for a possible merger?
https://www.geni.com/search/matches?id=6000000050430734363&src=...
but the link doesn't show me the matching profile
The system messed up this merger, could someone unmerge this merger?

THIS is the sort of MESS that gedcoms and Basic accounts creates... Geni really owes it to its PAYING customers to FIX it: https://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000114060699847?return=dupli...
Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087, here is another one.
I was trying to decide to merge with the other developed profile and this one has two fathers. Gedcom. Mess. I'm going to look at the trees and see what I can figure out.
