UK vs U.S.

Similar to the Distinguished Service Cross project, it looks like this project has somehow mixed up British and U.S. recipients, since both countries have a medal by the same name.

I am moving U.S. profiles out of this profile and into that one. Can we rename this project to "Distinguished Flying Cross (UK)" to help avoid further confusion?
