Hello!

I see that Yehuda Klein is listed as the family connection to the Bet Yosef. However, based on this book it seems that the connection is through the Stein family. Yehudit Stein is the wife of Avraham Yosef Klein and her father was Tzvi Stein. Here is a link to the book http://www.jgsob.org/aleizikoroin/%D7%A2%D7%9C%D7%99%20%D7%96%D7%9B... , it is in Hebrew and if anyone needs translation help I can be of assistance.

I also found a profile for Peretz Tuvia Stein (Peretz Tuvia Stein (Fielder)) who is mentioned as a relative in the above book but I have not successfully made the connection to Yehudit and Tzvi.

If anyone has any further insight please let me know.

Thank you!
Yossi Spira

I forgot to mention, the relevant section to our ancestors starts on page 29.

Hello, I'm not sure who Yehuda Klein / Avraham Yosef Klein / Yehudit Stein are, I can't find them related to the Stein family I am familiar with (which include Peretz Tuvia Stein)
Please send a link to any of their Geni profiles so I could better evaluate.

thanks
Amir

After reading the link you provided ("Alei Zikaron"), I don't think that there is a connection between Tzvi Stein, Yehudit's fater, and the branch of Peretz Tuvia Stein. These are probably 2 different Stein families.

Hi Amir, The connection is mentioned on page 36 however the exact connection is not made from what I can tell. Here is the profile for Yehudit Klein

Hi Amir Livnat! Did you get a chance to look at it? I am interested in the connection to the family of Peretz Tuvia which is mentioned in this book.

Hi Yossi, sorry for the late response. I looked again at page 36 in the link above - it is mentioned that Yehudit Klein (Stein) was a relative of Peretz Tuvia Stein, but the exact connection is unknown. I'm afraid I don't have any additional informaiton or idea on how exactly to connect between them.

In the Geni profile you sent for Yehudit Klein
Yehudit Klein

It is mentioned that she is the sister of Peretz Tuvia - but this is not correct
Yehudit is daughter of Zvi, but Peretz Tuvia's father was Dov/Bernard
You can see Peretz Tuvia's name in the documents attached to his Geni profile:
Peretz Tuvia Stein (Fielder)

So Yehudit was Peretz Tuvia's relative, but the exact connection is unknown, sorry I was unable to add any more information

I saw that #שמי just added Tzvi Stein as a brother to Rav Peretz Toviah Stein, Is there and proof for that?

Hello all, thank you for sharing this additional information.
In terms of Geni tree, there is now a discrepancy regarding Tzvi Stein - he is now listed as both brother and father of Peretz Tuvia Stein.
Tzvi Stein

The profile of the "son" Peretz Tuvia + 2 descendants should be deleted
(they already appear in the "brother" branch)
Peretz Tuvia Stein (Fielder)

Not sure how to technically do this -
Yaakov Yosef, are you able to do this with your "pro" account?

Thanks,
Amir

@שמי is the manager of that contact, he should please delete it.
This newly discovered connection is very unique and unusual for such three significantly large families. Who knows maybe one day we'll find additional Stein siblings...

On the upper right of profile there is an "Action" button, over there you should have the last option on list "Delete Profile"
