Conrad Kinslow, II - What do we know about the progression of this profile from Conrad son of Conrad to Conrad II son of Peter?

I saw Rachel, wife, and added her info and saw the header for Conrad says wife's maiden name need confirmed.
This Rachel is definitely a Germanna family and listed in the database as child of the parents listed for the same parents as listed here but the husband seems different so I need extra eyes on and need to understand what has happened to make COnrad II show as son of Peter.
The Revision for Peter shows he was once called Conrad I.

Situation is the DAR attached shows Peter.

I added info for Rachel and Conrad and then the father for Conrad was different at Germanna database than here and with the note that Rachel's name is not confirmed here, I disconnected that Rachel from known Rachel who married Conrad.
