It is so sorrowful news. I just started to research Semjon Lipatov's investigation case. I have breafly readed the case. Semjon said to the investigator in 1942 : " I visited my village Zavod in Gdov district in April 1919 to meet my son Sergei and daughter VALENTINA....". It means Senjon had a daughter Valentina indeed.
I will try to find Valentina Semjonovna Lipatova metrics in arhive. She had to be born 1905-1906, if the information about her age in newspaper article is correct.
